ACIA BOWL

INGREDIENTS

2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup frozen blue berries
2 tbls of Acai powder
1/4 of a frozen avacado
Dash or water or almond milk

Topping:
use any fruit, coconut, granola, nuts and seeds you like

METHOD
  • Combine the frozen blueberries, avocado, acia, bananas, milk/water, into a high performance blender like a Thermomix or good blender.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy – adding a little more milk depending on the consistency you like.

  • Pour or spoon into 2 bowls.

  • Garnish the tops with fresh berries, coconut, nuts and seeds.
