ALMOND MILK CHAI LATTE
INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoons black tea

1-2 whole cloves
-
2 cardamom pods
-
1 star anise (or other aromatic spice)

1 whole cinnamon stick
-
½ nutmeg
-
1/3 thumb ginger or ¼ tsp ginger powder
-
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract, or 1/2-inch piece of vanilla bean

¼ tsp all spice
-
1 tablespoon natural sugar or honey, maple syrup

2 cup hot almond milk
METHOD

Put the tea, spices and milk in saucepan. Bring to a light simmer for 4-5 minutes.

Strain the tea into 2 cups with eiher a muslin clothe or tea strainer.

Stir in the sweetener of your choice to taste and serve.
