APPLE & MIXED BERRY CRUMBLE

INGREDIENTS
4 Granny Smith apples
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp of cinnamon
water
3 cups of organic rolled oats
1/4 cup of coconut
3/4 cups of crushed nuts and mixed seeds
2 tbls of coconut oil
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tlbs of butter or Ghee for a dairy free option.
KETO option:
Keep out the oats and sugar, add more crushed nuts
METHOD

Peel apples and chop into quarters

Plac in a saucepan with brown sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon, cover with water

Boil water and simmer for 10 mins until apples are soften and add the mixed berries and cook for a further 2 minutes

Now to make the crumble, combine all other ingredients

In an oven proof dish, first layer the stewed fruit then top with the crumble.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 mintues.

Serve with natural yohgurt
