4 Granny Smith apples

1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp of cinnamon 
3 cups of organic rolled oats
1/4 cup of coconut 
3/4 cups of crushed nuts and mixed seeds 
2 tbls of coconut oil
1 tsp of vanilla 
1 tlbs of butter or Ghee for a dairy free option. 

KETO option: 
Keep out the oats and sugar, add more crushed nuts



  • Peel apples and chop into quarters

  • Plac in a saucepan with brown sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon, cover with water  

  • Boil water and simmer for 10 mins until apples are soften and add the mixed berries and cook for a further 2 minutes 

  • Now to make the crumble, combine all other ingredients

  • In an oven proof dish, first layer the stewed fruit then top with the crumble. 

  • Bake in the oven for 10-15 mintues. 

  • Serve with natural yohgurt
