CHOC ENERGY BALLS

INGREDIENTS

150g almonds, pecans and walnuts

100g dates

Optional extras: vanilla, orange rind and juice, tahini 

10g raw cocoa powder

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

juice of 1/2 an orange

METHOD
  • Blend the dates until they resemble brown sugar, then blend the nuts until they are well broken down.

  • Then add the cocoa powder.

  • Press into a slice tray and refrigerate for 2 hours. Or roll them into little truffle balls and then into coconut, or more raw cocoa.
