Satay Beef Stir Fry

  • 500gm Beef slices

  • mixed vegetables (onion, celery, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, capscicum, mushrooms, beans, zucchini, corn)

  • Sauce: 

  • 400gm coconut cream

  • 1 tbls of thai red curry paste

  • 1/2 tbls soy sauce

  • 1/2 tlbs honey

  • 2 tbls of peanut butter 

In a sauce pan, add all sauce ingredents until combines, Simmer for 5 mins. 


Heat a little oil in a wok or large fry pan, add beef and cook until brown.

Add onion, cook for 3 mins then add all other vegies.


Add sauce to beef and vegies.


Serve with rice or noodles.
