Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of coconut or nut milk

1 handfuls baby spinach

Flesh of 1 orange

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 kiwi fruit

1/2 cup pineapple (contains bromelaine a immune boosting, mucus busting compound)

1/2 tsp grated ginger
-
Pinch of cinnamon
-
1/2 tsp of zinc and vitamin C powder - optional
-
Manuka honey to taste - optional
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend and enjoy!
