ImIMMUNE BOOSTING SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of coconut or nut milk

  • 1 handfuls baby spinach

  • Flesh of 1 orange 

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 1 kiwi fruit 

  • 1/2 cup pineapple (contains bromelaine a immune boosting, mucus busting compound)

  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

  • Pinch of cinnamon 

  • 1/2 tsp of zinc and vitamin C powder - optional 

  • Manuka honey to taste - optional  

 

Method:

 

Place all ingredients in a blender, blend and enjoy!
