Thyme Mushrooms on GF toast

  • 4 portabello mushrooms, sliced

  • 1/2 tbls of olive oil, butter or nutlex

  • 1/2 onion, sliced

  • 4-5 sprigs of thyme

In a fry pan, add the oil and heat. 

 

Add the onions, mushrooms and thyme and cook on medium heat. 

You don't want a high heat here as it will make your onion bitter. 

Cook for 4-5 minutes. 

Serve on GF toast.
