DARWIN FESTIVE SALAD

Ingredients:

  • Roquette leaves

  • Bunch of asparagus

  • Bunch of radish

  • 1/2 watermelon 

  • 1/2 Spanish onion

  • Organic unsalted raw cashews

  • 1x Pomegranate 

 

Method:

 

Lightly blanch the asparagus and chop into thirds

 

Thinly slice the onion and radish

Chop water melon into chunks


Remove all seeds from 1 pomegrante

Place ruquette leaves on a plate, top with all other ingredients and enjoy!
