GREEN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 handful of spinach 

  • 1/2 a handful of parsley

  • 1.5 cups of coconut water

  • 1/2 ripe Avocado

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1 tbls LSA (Linseed, sunflower seed, almonds)

  • 1 tps of tahini 

METHOD

In a blender or smoothie maker, blitz: 

  1. Spinach, parsley and coconut water

  2. Then add, avocado, banana, mango, LSA and yogurt
