1 cup almond flour
3/4 of flax seed meal
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tbs psyllium hunks
2 tbs chia seeds (ground)
1 cup of water
ghee or rice bran oil
1 tsp of pink Himalayan salt
Any herbs and spices you want, I used garlic powder and herbamare. 


Firstly, add the almond flour, chia seeds, salt, flax meal, coconut flour and psyllium husks together in a bowl.

Add your favourite herbs and spices.

Add the water and mix with your hands to combine. Rest in the fridge for an hour.

After resting, portion into 6 balls.

Roll out each and fry in a little ghee or rice bran oil for 2-3 mins each side, avoiding overlooking as they will crisp up like nachos!
