INGREDIENTS

 

  • Protein powder (optional)

  • 1 cup of milk (dairy, soy, rice, oat) (protein)

  • 1 tbs LSA (protein)

  • 1tbs tahini (protein)

  • Some berries (antioxidants/ minerals)

  • 1 tsp flax seed oil (fats)

  • cinnamon/vanilla to taste (flavour)

  • Stevia if needed

METHOD
