Mango, Lime + Coconut Smoothie
INGREDIENTS

1 cup mango, diced and frozen

3 tablespoons lime juice (approximately juice from one lime)

3/4 cup coconut water
-
1/4 cup coconut milk
-
2 tablespoons coconut
-
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-
1 tlbs of L.S.A (ground linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)
METHOD

Layer ingredients in a blender from top to bottom.
-
Blend on high for about one minute or until a thick, creamy texture is achieved.

Serve cold!
