Mango, Lime + Coconut Smoothie

  • 1 cup mango, diced and frozen

  • 3 tablespoons lime juice (approximately juice from one lime)

  • 3/4 cup coconut water

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons coconut 

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 tlbs of L.S.A (ground linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)


  1. Layer ingredients in a blender from top to bottom.

  2. Blend on high for about one minute or until a thick, creamy texture is achieved.

  3. Serve cold!
