OVERNIGHT OATS
INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup oats
-
milk of your choice
-
1 tsp of vanilla
-
1-2 tbls maple syrup
-
1/2 chopped apple
-
1 handful of frozen berries
-
1/2 tsp cinnamon
-
1/4 cup crushed nuts and seeds
METHOD
In a jar, layer:
-
oats
-
Then enough milk to cover the oats
-
Stir in the cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup
-
Top with frozen berries
-
Put in the fridge over ight or at least 5 hours
-
top with nuts and seeds
-
enjoy!
