OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • milk of your choice 

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

  • 1-2 tbls maple syrup

  • 1/2 chopped apple

  • 1 handful of frozen berries

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts and seeds

METHOD

In a jar, layer: 

  1. oats

  2. Then enough milk to cover the oats

  3. Stir in the cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup 

  4. Top with frozen berries

  5. Put in the fridge over ight or at least 5 hours 

  6. top with nuts and seeds

  7. enjoy!
