Ingredients: Organic oats, Organic buckwheat flour, organic coconut sugar, Non GMO Brewers yeast, organic flax seed meal, Cinnamon, / ground flax seeds, GF baking powder, baking soda, organic vanilla powder, salt.

You’ll need:
1x organic egg
2x tbls organic coconut oil
80gm of butter or ghee
Optional * Chop chips, mashed banana, nuts, coconut, dried apple, sultanas

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Add all ingredients into a mixing bowel and mix until all ingredients are combined.

Roll mix into small balls, and flatten into cookie shapes. Place on a baking tray on some grease proof paper. Makes approx. 18 cookies.

Place in the oven for 30 mins or until golden.
