Protein powder (optional)
1 cup of milk (dairy, soy, rice, oat) (protein)
1 tbs LSA (protein)
1tbs tahini (protein)
Some berries (antioxidants/ minerals)
1 tsp flax seed oil (fats)
1 tsp cocoa powder (antioxidants)
cinnamon/vanilla to taste (flavour)
Stevia if needed
Combine all the ingredients into a good high speed blender like a VitaMix.
Blend until a lovely and creamy.
Serve in a large glass.
NB: if smoothie is a little thick, just add more water to thin it down
