SWEET POTATO CHIPS

INGREDIENTS

Sweet Potato

Rice bran oil
Crushed Garlic
Rosemary, Chopped

METHOD
  • In a bowl, Mix some oil and the herbs together

  • Peel and chop potatos into chips

  • Coat the chips in the oil mix

  • Place on baking paper on a tray and place in the oven 

  • Cook until softened 

  • Enjoy with gaucamole or as a side dish
