YOHGURT, STRAWBERRY AND CHOC CRUNCH

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 tablespoons of green yohgurt

  • 1/2 a punet of strawberries

  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup dates

  • 1 cup raw bukinis (from Greenies Real Food)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • ½ cup of mixed pumpkin and sunflower seeds

  • 1 cup crushed almonds

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 

  • Pinch of salt

METHOD

To make the chocolate crunch:

  1. Blitz the dates in a food processor until like brown sugar, add the buckwheat, maple syrup, nuts, seeds, cinnamon and salt.

  2. listz until crumbley, This wont take long, just a secound or 2.

  3. Layer all ingredients in a jar or bowl and enjoy.
