YOHGURT, STRAWBERRY AND CHOC CRUNCH
INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons of green yohgurt

1/2 a punet of strawberries

1 tablespoon raw cacao
-
1 tablespoon maple syrup
-
1/2 cup dates
-
1 cup raw bukinis (from Greenies Real Food)

1 tablespoon chia seeds
-
½ cup of mixed pumpkin and sunflower seeds
-
1 cup crushed almonds
-
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
-
Pinch of salt
METHOD
To make the chocolate crunch:

Blitz the dates in a food processor until like brown sugar, add the buckwheat, maple syrup, nuts, seeds, cinnamon and salt.

listz until crumbley, This wont take long, just a secound or 2.

Layer all ingredients in a jar or bowl and enjoy.
