1/2 sweet potato
2 spring onions
rice brain oil
goats cheese or feta
mixed pumpkin and sunflower seeds
Grate the zucchini and sweet potato and chop the spring onion.
Combine in a bowl with the egg and mix.
Heat the rice bran oil in a frying pan, place a large spoon full mix in the pan and cook.
Serve with goats cheese, coriander and seeds.
